How short is too short when it comes to a mini dress? Something I always ask myself, perhaps because I am not a mini kind of girl.
I like more of midis or maxis when it comes to dresses. I don’t go shopping for minis but this little cute wrap dress stole my heart the minute I saw it! Perhaps it was the print, ruffles and wrap detailing that got me.
Some might say it’s not appropriate to wear a mini dress after a certain age. But, it’s all about how you wear it and besides that if you feel good in it who cares, right!?
I decided to create two outfits with the dress. First off, I paired it with these mustard ankle boots and then over cropped jeans with slingbacks.
Dress over jeans is a cool combo that works, it’s chic and a great way to pull off your two favourite pieces at once. This dress would really look nice with a denim or leather jacket over it and black ankle boots on a mild fall day!
I love both looks and would wear them either way. This little number is definitely a keeper!
