Kimonos are the perfect piece to elevate a casual outfit.

I spotted this embroidered beauty in the Zara sales and purchased it straight away.

It’s a statement piece that requires no effort, just throw it over a top, your favourite pair of jeans and you are go to go.

The cool thing about it is that you can get away with wearing it as a dress for a night out!

There are countless ways to wear this piece and that makes it more exciting.

You can wear it over shorts or a slip dress for that pyjama style look. 

I love the versatility of it and how it can transform a basic look.

Which is why I went for a simple combo of jeans and tank top with added accessories for that fresh summer vibe.

It’s an investment piece that is sure to take you from seasons to seasons.
